Sandy has been a real estate agent since 2001 and specializes in horse properties and residential homes in the Santa Ynez Valley, CA. Sandy is a buyer’s agent, listing agent, relocation specialist, and consultant. She has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs when it comes to land, working equestrian ranches, and residential areas.

Born in Massachusetts and raised in New England, she has lived in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley since the 1970s. Sandy was an internationally renowned professional horse trainer, judge, and clinician. Her equestrian success was the result of hard work and dedication, combined with integrity and a positive mental attitude. She now brings these character traits to her successful real estate business. Sandy is held in high esteem by long-time valley residents for her integrity, thoroughness, and friendliness.

Sandy’s knowledge of the Santa Ynez Valley, and her firsthand experience of the true working ranch, makes her a wonderful resource for buyers as well as sellers.
